Exhibition Applications

Exhibition periods can be applied for in either of Art Centre Itä’s galleries – Galleria Riutta or Galleria Roikka – or in both. Each exhibition period lasts four weeks and includes both installation and dismantling.

The exhibition fees are 585 € per gallery space, or 1080 € for both spaces. For members of the South Karelia Artists’ Association and the Finnish Jewellery Art Association, the fee is 420 € per space and 800 € for both. A 30% sales commission is applied. The fee also covers supervision, poster printing, distribution of digital invitations, and publicity.

Applications should be submitted in free form and include a plan, a CV, and 4–7 images. If you are applying for a specific space or time, please indicate this in your application. Applications must be sent as a single PDF file (maximum size 7 MB).

Exhibitions are selected by a working group consisting of representatives from both the South Karelia Artists’ Association and the Finnish Jewellery Art Association.
